Glow Up Silent Disco
A partnership between ACE@Rice and First-Year Programs, we welcome Owl Access students to Rice in spectacular fashion.
Hip Hop Tracks
Our signature rap competition creates a space for students and faculty to reflect on their past and imagine their futures through the storytelling medium of Hip Hop.
ACE My Final Silent Disco
This electric study break experience offers Rice students an opportunity to refresh their minds during finals season.
Chess Tournaments
We host chess tournaments for K-12 students in the Houston community on International Chess Day and National Chess Day in July and October.
Academic Outreach
Through our annual writing competition, we invite high school students to critically reflect on issues the shape our nation, city, and globe. During our writing workshop, we equip students with creative and essay writing skills to unleash the human imagination and catalyze their self-transformation.
Arts and Cultural Engagement
Our club members work with CERCL’s artist-in-residence to create artwork that invites the Rice community to engage in cultural dialogue.
